This is a pivot tab based on raw data
The pivot table row is description
The pivot table column header consist of dates in increasing order.
There will be a "1" on dates which respective description appears

Criteria (1) If there is no value in latest date>> ans will be New
Criteria (2) if there is value in latest date, find the next date followed by the last blank cell date across the row
