how to make compound interest calculatr with options 1.take tax once per year 2. inflation

Hi,

Ive found many excel compount interest functions on google but I want to create a calculator sheet that allows me to have an option to

1. take out tax once a year, so I input a tax % and thats removed after a 12 month compounding cycle, for annual taxes
2. put in an inflation figure so the compounding is adjusted for inflation as an option.

3. option to choose how much and how often a deposit is added to the investment. weekly,fortnightly,monthly.

=FV(rate,nper,pmt,pv) is what I have.

but thats it.

what are the commercial services? how much would it cost for someone to create this sheet for me and reveal the code, show me how it works?
