Transpose data into table

Hi All,

I have a spreadsheet with 3 columns of data showing everyday of the year, every half an hour within each day and a value given to each half an hour. Is there a formula that will allow me to easily transpose this data into a table with the date down the left hand side and the half and hours along the top?
