Sumifs with multiple criteria

Hello,

I'm looking to generate two formulas using sumifs function.

First, I want to obtain a total sum of values corresponding to an ID. So for all IDs that is labeled 2, I want to get a sum of corresponding values, and so forth for all IDs in one cell.

Next, I'm looking to get a sum of values corresponding to an ID if it is above 0.371 (for example) and less than 0.371. So, for all IDs labeled 2, sum of values less than 0.371. Another cell showing sum of values more than 0.371.

I have tried generating the sumifs using help from the internet but without much success. I have attached a file that shows what I'm looking to do, therefore, pls see the attached.

One of those will need to be "<=" or ">=" in case there is a value that equals 0.3701.
