Pasting only once

How do i paste information from one sheet to another even tho it may appear a few times but doing so only once? see example book

Hi Patcheen,
Actually this can be done with a little known tool Consolidate located on the DATA tab.

instead of AVERAGE select MIN
Select range D4:E13

Also with a Pivot Table.

Name as the Rows, Number as the Values - Set to Min as well

haven't a bulls notion bout pivot tables..... but for now Alkey's reply will do with Consolidate - thank you

paste into another sheet, highlight the cells, go to Data tab -> Remove Duplicates, only checkbox the column that contains the names (column C in this case?), then OK. done
