Summing Based On Another Table

Hello friends i have trouble for summing but ican't using SUMIF or SUMIFS function because the criteria is based on another table so I confused and no avail when trying with formula, and i prefer solution is with formula, for clear explanation please take a look at my file

how about:

=SUMIF(F$1:F$7,B$9,B$1:B$3)

If I understand correctly try array entering this formula. If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.

=sumproduct((f1:f7=b9)*sumifs(b1:b3,a1:a3,g1:g7))
