If you had the Power Query tool (called Get & Transform in 2016) you could do this problem using these steps. NO VBA needed.

Note - I didn't need to type any of the code lines above. They were build for me by using the simple mouse click and typing using PQ.

Thank you MarvinP... it would be really nice to have the Power Query Tool... but I am using Excel 2010.
Power Query is an Add-In for Excel 2010, but it may be for only USA versions. I don't know if it is available for all languages now that it is built into 2016.

Unfortunately, it needs a minimum Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus with Software Assurance.
Mine is Microsoft Office Home & Business version.
