I want to copy a formula from a cell above but automatically go to same spot next workshee

In cell S4 my formula read ='BNA01'!$J$34

In cell S5 I need the formula to read ='BNA02'!$J$34

I have hundreds of these cells to copy from hundreds of worksheets and need a fast way to copy and past so that the formula reads the same cell in the next adjacent worksheet. All of the data I need to capture is in the same space in each worksheet. I just need to copy from the above cell but read a new workbook.
