overtime hours day / night

Good evening, in the attached file I would need a formula to distinguish the extra time between night and day.

The columns up to K are in place I miss only one of the two remaining L-M
Then the other is made differently with K.

These are the parameters
Standard hours 08.00 hrs
The higher hours are extra time to divide by daylight
From 06.00 to 22.00 and at night From 22.00 to 06.00.

for example
From 21.00 to 07.00 are in total 10.00 hours and then 2 hours extra time
From 21.00 + 08.00 hours standard we arrive at 05.00
Then from 05.00 to 06.00 =1 hour extra time night
from 06.00 to 07.00 = 1 hour extra time day.
