How to Split data of males and females?

Hello I have measurements of males and females in a cell on excel but would like to split the data into 2 columns (one for male and one for female). Is there an easy way to this without having to do it manually as there is over 150 measurements? Thanks

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

What determines if it is M or F? If there is something to do that, then adjust the suggestion in post # to your needs
If there is no ID or code, how would you (or excel) know which is which?
