Data Bars (Conditional Formatting) With Formulas

    Hi All,

I am trying to use data bars with a formula in conditional formatting. What I have is a table with months on the left hand column, I want the data bars to show different colors if the dates are greater than my target date in cell C2, and another color for dates that are less than C2.

I can't figure out how to use data bars with "use a formula to determine which cells to format".

    Thank you very much

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

It requires the use of VBA to combine data bars and formula test.
