Defined name copies to a new worksheet

I have a workbook where I intend to use several defined names that will only link to its respective worksheet (i.e. the scope is on the same sheet)

I am preparing a template worksheet, and then want to copy that worksheet to fill in with data as needed.

The defined name does not appear to be copying properly. When I copy the template worksheet the defined names only refer back to the template even though the scope and reference cell appears to be on the proper sheet. If it makes any difference, I am copying the template worksheet using CTRL+the mouse.

I have attached a simple example of what is happening.

Try right-clicking the tab of the template worksheet, choose "Move or Copy...", and Copy to either a new workbook or other opened workbook. Does that work?

Nope...still refers back to the original cell on the "template" sheet.

The odd thing is that when I want to edit the reference in the Name Manager the new defined name shows that it is pointed to the copied sheet (i.e. it shows correctly). If I edit it...it still does not work.

Have attached an updated file that I just made using the copy-past sheet method.

Try testing this by (in your copied over sheet) entering in a different cell (like in cell A16) "=Total_Net_Passenger_Revenue__DKK___Note_1" without quotes, then changing what is typed in the "Total_Net_Passenger_Revenue__DKK___Note_1" A13 cell.

Type in a bunch of random letters/numbers in A13 and press enter. Does the result in A16 change along with it? (This should all be done within the copied over sheet, not in the original template.)

Monimonika...yes the result in A16 changes.

But I basically want a user to click on "Note 1" text and move down to a cell further down the same sheet.
I want to make a "template" sheet so that I can copy the sheet several times with the link referring to a cell further down on each new sheet.

From another post that tried to used linked cells:
Can I create a worksheet with a link to a cell further down (same sheet)...and then copy that worksheet and that link will link to the same cell further down on the new sheet?
Basically, Sheet1 has a link in it to a cell further down, copy that sheet to Sheet2. The link in Sheet2 should link to a cell further down.
Example file with the problem attached

I am creating a "template" sheet because I have to create a lot of sheets with the same structure (just different data). It is really long and I want it to have some links so that users can just click rather than scroll. I want to copy this template sheet and fill in the data but not fix the links.
