Help with IF formula or IFERROR formula

I am trying to pull over information from some raw data, but I don't want it to bring me back blanks. For example:

If anything in Column B = step 4, step 5, step 6, or step 7, give me that step, if not I do not want it to give me a blank, I want it to bring me the next time it does equal any of those steps.

Does this make sense? Is this possible?
