b21 =SUMIF($A$2:$A$16,$A21,B$2:B$16) and drag across.

Thanks for the update Oeldere. But this is giving me requirement. everything is showing as zero. instead of adding up two tables

I don't get zero at my end. Although it appears this might be what you want.
