Formula, cell value to equal that above another cell

Hi Guru's,

I have a spreadsheet with the year's dates across row 10.

Underneath I have 2 rows per individual with a subject and the word due.


10 01 Jan 17 02 Jan 17 03 Jan 17

11 Maths Science
12 Complete Due

13 Maths
14 Due


I have an array set up in column A to display when the next assignment is due for each person using the following formula:

{=IF(MIN(IF($F12:$NF12="Due",IF($F12:$NF12<>"",dates16)))=0,"",MIN(IF($F12:$NF12="Due",IF($F12:$NF12<>"",dates16))))}


I need a formula that will link the subject to the date. Something that says =cell contents above the date shown.

Please can you help?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
