Remove blank cells in table

I have a dynamic table (Excel 2011 Mac) that pulls data from a range of cells in a different sheet.
I need to make a pie chart out of this dynamic table, but I don't want it to consider blank cells. I've tried applying a filter to the table and unchecking "blanks", but that hides the rows, and i have other data before and after the table that I don't want to hide...
Is there a way to hide only the blank cells of the table, instead of the whole row?

right now, the cells have =C1 , =C2 , etc.
where should i insert na() ? and does that mean i should convert the data into a table?

I don't know where. I said use =NA() in blank cells of your table then create chart
