Hi,
I'm having a bit of a trouble with this one...
So I'm formatting cell F4 and I would like it to turn red, if C4 = or greater than 1 and if F4 =0 otherwise, don't do anything!
Can someone help please?

Ok, go into conditional formatting and you have a couple options, the one I used is use a formula to determine which cells to format. then enter =C4>1 and then click the format button and select the fill tab then select the color you want and hit ok and ok and it should be good to go.
Sorry, didn't see the second part, will get back to you.

ok, to complete both conditions, go same route and for the formula this time enter =AND(C4>1,F4=0) and hit ok and ok. NOW, it will fail because the formatting function will automatically insert " at the beginning and end of the formula. You'll have to go into it and remove them, it will look like this ="AND(C4>1,F4=0)", remove the quote marks and then hit ok again and it will then work.
Super that works, and how can I make it applicable to each row? (Without adding it one by one if possible) so for F5 its C5 and F5 for F6 its C6 and F6 etc?
use the format painter (paintbrush on the home tab) and format "paint" it over the area you want it to apply to.
Ah okay, I thought that applies the first row changes only. Super thank you a lot!!
You're welcome, and thank you for the rep!
