Auto Inputting Data from a different sheet using a dropdown list

Hi sorry if I sound daft but Im a newbie to excel. I have a sheet called 'Staff' with 3 columns.

'Staff'

A. Surname
B. Shoulder No
C. Qualification Date

On another Sheet 'Dispo' I want to have a dropdown list with column A having a drop down using the data from Sheet ' Staff' column A "Surname" that when `I select the surname the next 2 columns populate with the 'Shoulder No' and "Qualification Date'

I hope that I have explained this properly.
