How to create report on another workbook based on table data

Hello, I hope this is right place to post.

Suppose You have a simple table in one workbook and it contains only simple data:

Unit name Date
ABC1 2017-09-13
ABC2 2017-09-14
ABC3 2017-09-15
ABC3 2017-09-16
ABC3 2017-09-17
ABC3 2017-09-18
...

But in another workbook it should display same table but only units with date matching today's, tomorrow's and the day after tomorrow. Workbook can be in same folder with the source workbook and when you open it automatically shows only this:

Unit name Date
ABC2 2017-09-14
ABC3 2017-09-15
ABC3 2017-09-16

Because it is september 14th. I have attached sample source workbook.

And it must work without Power Query
