IF Function Help

I need to find the date a person is scheduled to do a presentation and put it next to their name under each month. Not everyone will do a presentation in every month.
I have a tab with their names, Jan, Feb, etc.. I also have a tab for each month of the year.
What IF formula can I use to tell me under the month, which date they will give a presentation.
I am creating this as At A Glance sheet so they don't have to go through each month to see when they are scheduled to give a presentation.

Stating the obvious I suppose but do you really need all the monthly sheets?

Instead of entering a number on a monthly sheet, having a vlookup formula to translate that to a name and then have that name copied to the appropriate cell on the summary, why not just create a list of all the names and use a validation drop down for all the cells on the summary. Then just select a name from the drop down.

Better still just make column C be drop down cells containing the months and column D the drop down cells with names.
Then you only have 4 columns and jcan just add those names that are scheduled for a course. For any analysis use a Pivot Table.
