Auto create hyperlink in column A to numbered worksheet of corresponding row number

My workbook has several numbered worksheets Home,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,...
In the Home worksheet, column A contains various names
I want to be able to click on any name and be taken to a worksheet with the corresponding row number.

For example, in A40 of Home worksheet, I have Angela. I want to be able to click on Angela and be taken to worksheet "40".
Also, If I type a new name in A41 of "Home" worksheet, the name automatically becomes a hyperlink for worksheet "41"

The solution will likely be in Visual Basic. I welcome other alternative solutions
