Cubic square meter & Square meters total from meter lengths

Hi eveyone,

I've been have some real trouble as of late trying to get a formula together to work out the total meters cubed and meters squared, from the insulation thickness and meters total.

for example:
A B C D E F G
Size Thickness Length m3 m2
15mm 15mm 20m total? total?

if anyone can help and put me in the right direction that would be great.
I'm just trying to take the size and thickness to get the cubic/square meter then multiplied by the total.

Both calculations treat the shape like a piece of rectangular tubing. The area calculation ignores the areas of the ends.
