How to automate a comparison?

Hello in my screen shot picture below I have a BOM(bill of material) comparison for two items. As you can see the highlighted yellow is something that the other one does not have in common. What I do is select the other side column and copy and paste it just one lower for it to be compared to a blank area. Also I move the columns either either down to match the other side with the correct part numbers. Is there a way to automate this work because I do this for 10,000 parts, and an automation would really save time. Thanks in advance. exel.PNG

Attach a sample workbook (not image).

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
