Need a lillte help with Conditional Formatting

I tried to use this formula "=IF($E$11:$E$207,IsBold)" to highlight the bold numbers, but I am getting nothing. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Need a lillte help with Conditional Formatting

It worked until I hit my refresh button and then it removed it out of conditional formatting. Looks like I would need a macros? I appreciate you looking at it, can you still help out with a macros?

If nothing else, you can select all of your "total" rows at once by clicking on one of them (when you hover your mouse on the left side and it turns into a right arrow) then change the fill color.

This will, however, change the entire table row that the number is in instead of just the cell with the number.

Great tip...had no idea that would work. But I did post in macro's also, because this will be used by others that have less experience than I. Thanks
