    Block cells

    Good afternoon, I wonder if it is possible to block a range of cells when they are filled with certain variables. Tanks

    Use the lock function of Excel and then use the worksheet protection. In this manner, those cells that have been locked cannot be changed.

    I want to block the line when in the column name Distribuição the cells are filled with P or I. Do you kown how to do this?

    Take a look at using Data Validation.

    For a more exact suggestion, upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.

    STEP:1 Select whole worksheet. right click. format cells. uncheck locked.
    STEP:2 Select the cells need to be blocked.right click. format cells. check locked.
    STEP:3 From review tap protect your sheet by entering password.
    Now your cells are blocked.

    OP said they want cells "locked" only if specific cells contain certain text
