Matching Data in Two Columns and then Pasting Data from Third Column to Fourth Column

Hello- I'm not sure if what I'm trying to do is technically possible, but maybe someone can help.

Let's say I have 100 unique email addresses in Column A. Column B has some data associated with each e-mail address (so A and B have the same number of rows). Column C has 50 unique e-mail addresses, some of which are in Column A. Is it possible to find matches between columns A and C, and then put the data from Column B into the correct cell in Column D so that it's next to the correct e-mail address in Column C?
