Dropdown list with Hyperlinks to specific Cells in different sheet

Over the last week I have been trying to find out how I can create a dropdown list of hyperlinks, each connecting to specific cells on another sheet and have had no luck.

A lot of the information I found shows how to create a dropdown list with hyperlinks to another sheet, but I cannot seem to find how to take it one step further and link it to a specific cell on that sheet.

So far I have set up a separate sheet to create my dropdown list and using data validation set up the dropdown list with links on the actual sheet. In the cell next to my dropdown list I then created the following formula (=HYPERLINK("#"&G31&"'G31","Go to sheet") which should link to the specific cell on the other sheet, but I seem to missing something.

If anyone could help me that would be much appreciated.

Not sure about this, but usually cell references in a formula do not have quotes as the 2nd G31 has. Either that or the 2nd G31 in your formula has '" before it and " after it.
