Sumif based on multiple checked box criteria.

Hi,

I've attached an example file.

I'm having trouble totalling values when using form controlled check boxes.

The current formula highlighted in yellow looks into 2 lists (based on check boxes) and a week number as its criteria but it only ever returns one value, not the sum.

Anybody able to help me with this?
