Returning a close figure above a specified number from a table, with 3 additio

Essentially I could like to return a figure (into column AW) from the power column (AM) that is a close figure (within 2.5) above figure in l/s (AO).

    The criteria:
    • Hz (AI) needs to be in-between the min and max Hz figures in (AT & AU)
    • The TDH (AS) needs to be above the Head (AL)
    • If these 3 criteria would yield more than 1 result, then the one with the lowest Power (AM) is returned.

    Google Drive Copy

    Note:
I am really more than happy to do this in any long form, creation of tables etc. Just need to automate it to when column AO changes it updates also.
Columns AP,AQ & AR are irrelevant for this one.

There is differ column address between sample file and your words

Also, try to input your desired results (in column AW?)

Sorry yes, I added the google drive thing after writing it all out and copied it to a new worksheet so you weren't getting all of the data.

I am just updating the google drive doc and moved to the correct position to match the references in the description, and added the desired results for the top 10

EDIT: Updated google doc and screenshot
