IF Statement - Accounting for blanks

    Hopefully a simple question:

If the values in these columns have the same values, output a "Y", else a "N".
    =IF(BV2=BW2,"Y","N")

If either Column BV or BW have a blank value, output a '-1'.

How do I modify the above formula to accomplish this?

    Thank you!
