I am trying to do a match with 2 sheets. I can get each code to work separately, but I try to merge them and I get nothing. What am I over looking?

you missed out closing a parenthesis for the first INDEX formula, adding single quotes to the worksheet Unable to Record, another closing parenthesis for the 2nd INDEX formula, and the IFERROR only has 2 arguments. if the 1st INDEX formula is an error, it shows the 2nd. it doesnt have a 3rd argument for you to input the blanks.
so if it's possible there are errors in both formulas and you need to put blanks, you need 2 IFERRORS:
