Partial Match

I have a spreadsheet with 1000s of rows.

Column 'A' has the word I want to match against a table in columns 'BC'. If the word in column 'A' partially matches what is in Column 'B', then return what is in column 'C'.

I have attached a sample spreadsheet. Could someone help? I have tried using Vlookups in various capacities with no luck.

Note: There can be duplicate lookup words in in Column 'B'. For example 'APAC/Nicepuppy123' appears twice in different forms in column 'B'.

The function should possibly return all of the matching words in column 'B' or at least the first match in Column 'B'.

Should be done in Excel and not VB as I am not a programmer.

That is just the return value. If there is a partial match then return what is in 'C' corresponding to the same line of the match.
