Search range from data that's been input

I need some help and I don't even know if this is possible or whether I should lay it all out differently, but I'm trying to get the following to happen. In the attached image, I want to input an age in C9, and a fat % in C10, then it searches B1:F1 to find the age (22) then in this example it would search D2:D6 to find the corresponding value in D4 (23.5%). Then it would go to column G on the same row, so G4 to return the value 30 in C13.

Hi and welcome to the forum

Pictures are of little value. Honestly, no one wants to re-type your data to try and solve your issue. Additionally, we would only be guessing at how your data was structured, ie. formulas, formatting, etc. Additionally, due to how some browsers behave, many of our members cannot see uploaded pictures/images. Please do not take this route.

Please attach a sample file that represents what you have. The structure of your attachment should be the same structure as your actual data. Any proprietary information should be changed.

Include in the attachment any code you're currently using (whether it works or not) and an "After" of what you wish the output to be.

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

Thank you for your help, I have no idea where to find the quick post button you mention though? I really am a layman with these sites and always find them difficult to navigate.

    Thanks

Below the bottom post in the thread there is a box called quick reply, which is what I'm typing this in. To the right next to the post quick reply button, there is the go advanced button
