Audit of data in an excel sheet.

    Hi There,
Hope this is in the right place.
Im trying to make an audit of data quick and easy to do in excel.
I have a list of reference numbers in a column, the reference number could be in the column twice or three times.
Depending on whether its in twice or three times I then want to check the names against the reference numbers match the assigned name in two other columns!
For the example below, for Ref 531, I want to check Jerry is Assigned Eng 1 and Dusty is Assigned Eng 2.
Ref 532 I need to check if Jerry is assigned eng 1 and then if Rob or Kevin are Assigned Eng 2.
If the responsible engineer is not the same as the assigned engineers I need to highlight it as ref 533, Jerry and Dusty DON'T appear in Assigned Eng 1 or 2.

Ref Responsible Engineer Assgined Engineer 1 Assinged Engineer 2
    531 Jerry Jerry Dusty
    531 Dusty Jerry Dusty
    532 Jerry Jerry Kevin
    532 Rob Jerry Kevin
    532 Kevin Jerry Kevin
    533 Jerry Ray Rob
    533 Dusty Ray Rob
