    Getting all the Non Zero Value row and column

    I need a formula to help me convert the raw data to double entry format. HOwever, my data is like a Table, hence there is many area where its a blank or 0. I need a formula to help me ignore all the blank and 0. please help... see attached if you don't understand.

    Please show expected results as there is only one entry per cost code per currency: perhaps a better (bigger) data sample would help.

    As JohnTopley says your sample file is very small.
    - this works for the data supplied
    - run in attached file with {CTRL} K
    - results appear in sheet "Sh"

    Hi, i have re-attached the file with more example.

    Actually, the clerk will key in as Vertical Non summaries format, however, the boss want to see summary,
    hence we use Sumproduct to do up the table.

    Then for Accounting upload, we need to do it in a Summarise Vertical format.

    For my request, may i know if i use the "Clerk" tab or "Data" tab for my formula? Which one will be easier??
