Vlookup With Number And Text

I am attempting to use vlookup on a players number, and return the players numer and name.

I tried the standard VLOOKUP() but it is returning a #VALUE! error - this is the formula I have

And sample data is in Roster.xlsx - column A holds only the number, and column B holds the number and name
23 23 James Johnson
33 33 Jack Rains

Now in the full.xlsx workbook I used the above vlookup formula to return the number & name to cell B2 with the formula above. How should this formula be altered so it will return what I am after?

As a quick note, it seems as though you've transposed your "False" and the "2". A properly formatted vlookup would be:

Good catch, I totally glazed right over that.
And that would actually cause the #Value! error, when I was thinking OP probably meant #N/A.
