Vlookup and extract multiple data from row

I have a list of assignments and I want my another sheet to extract all the unassigned assignments, their dates, times and descriptions into the boxes in the image below so i can easily copy/paste available assignments into email to send to freelance interpreters as opposed having to manually type all the available assignments myself. All of unassigned assignments have no interpreter name in the cell so all unassigned assignments have blank cells in the Interpreter 1 column. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
