Wink Function Similar to INDEX MATCH/ VLOOKUP

Hey new to this forum, but hopefully I can learn something new.

I have tons of passenger count data between 2000-2017. The data is captured by month (Jan, Feb etc.).
I'm trying to make an excel sheet that would allow any user to use a drop down menu to select a bus number (ex. 111), a year (ex. 2016) and a month (ex. May) and this would pull up the passenger counts for that month so that they don't have to open multiple spreadsheets.

I am aware of functions such as INDEX MATCH, VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP. However, what I need to be able to do is pull up entire tables using just those drop downs. Is this possible?

Sorry if this is super easy and has been discussed before. Also apologise if this is placed in the wrong section.

    Thanks in advance.

    Interesting.
Is there any way I could do it like this though where I have a drop down menu and when selecting the Route, Year and Month

The data held in another sheet/worksheet pops up? Such as this table
