Your attachment is not very clear. What is the "specific word" that you are looking for in A4:E4? What do you want to appear in B12 if there are instances of the specific word in A4:E4?

Still not perfectly clear? You want each cell in A5-E5 to have a formula that says if the cells A4-E4 contain one of those expressions then the cell (A5-E5) should reference the cell calue in fixed cell B12?

Also B12 is linked to a missing sheet "='C:\Users\ME\Downloads\[360 feedback report generator.xlsx]Comparision data'!AB5" - is this relevant?

=IF(A4="Extremely ineffective",$B$12,"") copied across with the fixed relevant expression included. HOWEVER I doubt very much this is what you are looking for. You wouldn't need help creating that. Also the title alludes to this being a sumif rather than an if
