How To Show Proper Values in Cells Per Criteria

Hi,

I've been trying to do the following but not getting any luck.

Preferred Results: In the Preferred Results sheet, when Employee, say John, has a Month-End Attainment (M2) of 0%, it will fall in the Attainment Range of 0%-100.99% which means John gets (T19) $0 Bonus and corresponds to Tier 0 (U19). N2 should have the $0 and O2 has the Tier 0 value.


Is there a way to do this? Please help.

=INDEX(T$9:T$19,MATCH($M2,$R$9:$R$19,-1))

Copy across and down

Change R9 to 999.99%
