Excel 2016 (Windows) 32 bit
I J 40 $ 50.00Need to be $50.00 as minimum of $50.00 (I40) or $25.00 (I47) 41 $ 866.00Need to be $200.00 as minimum of $866.00 (I41) or $200.00 (I49) 42 $ 1,190.00Need to be $1000.00 as minimum of $1,190.00 (I42) or $1,000.00 (I63) 43 $ 6,500.00Need to be $250.00 as minimum of $6,500.00 (I43) , $500.00 (I63) or $250.00 (I65)

How can $50 be the minimum of $25 and $50, for instance???

I think you actually mean MAX, not MIN?
Also, depending on which version of 2016 you have, MAXIF (or MINIF) is not available to you. I have 2016 desktop, and it's not inthere
ANyway, if you want to test for values that are at least >=25, or else use 25, try his ARRAY formula...
=MAX(IF(($I$5:$I$37>0)*($H$5:$H$37="endo"),25,SUMIF($H$5:$H$37,"endo",I5:I37)))
