Find in the same column but give result from another column

    Hi everyone

I'm looking to find a product in the same column but let me know if there's another product less than a minute closeby.
    Is this possible?

    Time Product Solution

    00:25:00 Restaurants/Takeaways - OK
    00:26:00 Telecommunications - Adjust
    00:26:30 Telecommunications - Adjust
    00:27:00 Hardware - Adjust
    00:27:30 Hardware - Adjust
    00:55:00 Accountants - OK
    00:56:00 Telecommunications - OK
    00:56:15 Financial Institutions - OK
    00:56:45 Restaurants/Takeaways - OK

Sorry but the table is not showing.

Assume Time, Product and Solutions are the coulmns. Solution column is where I want to place the formula.

    Cheers

Attaching a sample workbook enables others to work on your problem:

To attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

    Try this in C2:

    =IF(COUNTIFS(A:A,">"&A2-TIME(0,1,0),A:A,"<"&A2+TIME(0,1,0),B:B,B2)=1,"OK","Adjust")

Sorry guys - please find attached file

falcondude - thanks for the formula however all cells in the column said "Adjust". I just copied and pasted the formula - did I miss a step?

the time will go for 24hours so the rows will be long.

    Thanks in advance.

The times in column A are formatted as Text.

To convert the text times to actual times, highlight column A > Text to Columns > Finish

Then apply the formula given in post #3.
