COUNTIFS giving error when a cell contains over 255 characters.

Hi Guys,

I have two tables and I am trying to match if each row from the Source table is present on another table on DATA sheet, based on whether the same user, at the same time, run the same SQL Query

Source table
A| B| C
date| user| SQL Query

Data Table
A| F| J
Date| User| SQL Query

I am using the COUNTIFS formula on Row D2:

However the SQL Query column cells contain more than 255 characters, and COUNTIFS gives an error. I read that SUMPRODUCT could be used instead but couldnt figure out how to use it properly.

Do you guys have any idea how to solve this? I will appreciate it very much!
