conditional format 2 days excluding weekends

Hi there,

Can anyone help with the formula I need to use when I conditional format..

I want the formula to highlight COLUMN F if it is over 48 hours (2 days) from column E

I want it to exclude weekends in calculating this however.

I'm assuming WEEKDAY function?

To help

I have a table of sale orders and then in column E I have dates of when the order was received and then in column F I have dates of when the order confirmation has been sent.

We want to ensure confirmations are sent within 48 hours if not highlight red.
We do not want to include weekends.

Highlight column F > Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use a formula

=NETWORKDAYS(E1,F1)-1>2

Format: Fill red > OK > OK

Note that this does not take time into account.
