Multiple if function

Hi Everyone,

I have used the following formula: =IF(E5="Pass",IF(E9>1,"Pass",IF(E13>1,"Pass",IF(E17>1,"Pass","Fail"))))

What it needs to do, is fail anyone who does not pass E5 AND gets 2 or more in E9, E13 and E17.

However, my formula passes anyone who satisfies at least one condition out of 4.

Is it something minor I am missing here?
