    Exclamation Adding a +1 into a cell if 2 cells have same text

    Hello to all!
    I have a problem with a formula, i try all combinations but i can't figure it out...
    https://imgur.com/a/aPiYK
    on the above link is a picture with what i try to use in excel

    Red = 10
    Blue = 11
    Green = 12
    Yellow = 13

    In the dropdown list if i select the red text i want red from the left to have value 11 (10+1)
    If i select blue i want blue from the left to have value 12 (11+1)
    same for the green and yellow..
    I try for the Q1 cell to enter this formula =10+IF(S1=P1,1,0) and is working when i select RED from the S1 cell
    but if i add 1 more function like =10+IF(S1=P1,1,0),IF(S1=P2,1,0) and try to select red again is not working...

    I tried all combinations with IF(OR( or OR(IF ... don't know the formula...

    Thank you!

    Attach a sample workbook (not image).

    Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

    Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    Here it is...
    In the 'Rezultate' sheet, there are a lot of dropdowns... if i put in a dropdown a name of the team at HOME, i want to automatically switch to a +1 on "Meciuri jucate" in the "Anglia - Premier League" on the top where is "Acasa"

    I tried with (this is an example) =IF(ISNUMBER(FIND(C1,A1:A3))),1,0)+(the number of "meciuri jucate")
    this is working when is set up for only 1 dropdown... but if i introduce in the formula more functions (more dropdowns) is not working...
    I mean if select 5 dropdowns with the same name team i want to give a +5 on "Meciuri jucate"
