Formula to create post code groupings

    Hi,

I've a fairly large schedule of UK post codes that I'd like to condense into groupings based on their 'Nuts code'. The attached is an extract of the data I'm working with along with an example of the desired output I'm looking to achieve.

If you have any questions just give me a shout.

    Thanks in advance,

    Snook

Is the desired output the first column, the second column or both?

Re: Formula to create post code groupings

Is there any flexibility in the layout? Specifically, could the first output column be split into two?

    Hi AliGW,

Yeah there's complete flexibility, that was just my initial thoughts on the output required. Splitting the first output column into two is fine.

    Thanks,
