    Excel generating table from data

    Hello,

    Need help with excel generating automatically data

    I have full list of data in columns A to F.

    In J4 i want to select supllier from pick list (firstly defined) and after that in J7 -
    M7 should be placed info from A to F (J7 is C2, K7 is D2, L7 is E2, M7 is F2).

    In table, there should be as many rows, as how much rows with this supllier is in data columns (A to F). Next row after final automatically made row should sum all rows togeter (m7, m8 in example).

    Is it possible?

    Added excel also.

    hi Siim. is your Document unique? you could use PivotTable.
    click on cell A1
    go to INSERT tab -> PivotTable
    click OK
    on the right side of the Excel window is the PivotTable Fields. that controls what you wish to see in the report
    click and drag the Supplier Field to the FILTERS area
    click and drag the Document, Date1 and Date2 Field to the ROWS area
    click and drag the Sum Field to the VALUES area

    go to the DESIGN tab -> Report Layout -> Show in Tabular Form
    go to the DESIGN tab -> Subtotal -> Do not show Subtotals

    drag this down the cells and across until column L.
