Exclamation TRAFFIC LIGHTS - Conditional Formatting

Hi there, i have a sheet that I want to put into the first column an Icon set that will show "red, green, or orange" depending on what another cells value is "UNFIT, FIT, Suitable"

I have picked the Icon set I want to use, but cant get it to format based on words.

    For Example:

A1 to show RED as I1 = UNFIT

I am referring to the Icon set's in the conditional formatting drop down, in particular the Green Tick, Red Cross and Yellow !

    Thanks,

I need to mention that Column I draws it's Values "Unfit, Fit etc" from other sheets, so its value is a formula to another page....
