Exclamation [Please Help Me] Solving =SUMIFS or INDEX or MATCH Formula for Data Across (2) Tabs

Hi Everyone! Please help me with this.

I attached two images for an example of the formula I need help with. I need the SUM of Hours and Cost to populate by Employee, by Month. The real data tab carries Information thru 2020, so I need the formula consistent to where I can drag over across many columns, not just sum hours and cost columns. I also cannot change the data tab format (Everything that looks to be "Merged and Centered" is and Data Tab is already formulated / structured to how manager wants it).

If you have any suggestions or solutions to how I can get this data to pull thru it would be greatly appreciated !

Attach a sample workbook (not image).

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
